The Ultimate Essential Oil Guide

We know that some of you are already rolling your eyes, and that's okay.  

Essential oils have quickly become one of the hottest trends in wellness.  There probably shouldn't be trends when it comes to wellness, but that's another conversation for another time.  However, the idea of essential oils is nothing new.  People have been using these oils for ages, but it's important to note that all oils are not created equal.  Look into the different oil companies out there and dive into where they source their oils and how they extract them from the plant. 

Oils are meant to be pulled straight from the source.  Most of the oils that you find on the shelves in the store are processed more times than you can count by the time they make it to the bottle, and they end up serving no true purpose.  We've looked around, and we're pretty into Young Living Essential Oils.  They have a "Seed to Seal" promise that we appreciate, but don't take our word for it.  Really do your research and find the oils that are best for you.  People use oils for a number of different reasons, and it's all about the school of thought that you subscribe to.  

We aren't going to tell you how to use them, but we are going to tell you which oils are staples in our life.  We can say that these oils come everywhere with us.  Plane, train or automobile, these oils are rolling with us in our bag.  You never want to be caught empty handed.

I think we just lied.  We are kinda going to tell you how to use them.  Atleast how to start using them.  Start with diffusing.  This is the easiest way to introduce yourself to oils.  You can purchase a diffuser anywhere these days, and many of them are so beautiful that you could confuse them with your favorite art piece.  We've selected a few of the many reasons we use essential oils and listed the oils you can use to support your mind and body during these times.
